Treatment or medical massage is specific work designed to restore function lost due to an illness, accident, or injury as well as chronic conditions that are in an acute flair-up. A current referral/prescription with a diagnosis code and number of treatments is needed at the time of your initial massage. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and any necessary copays and new client paperwork to your appointment.

*Please note that relaxation or maintenance massage can not be billed to insurance.
